Panama doesn't have the same type of disclosure rules for sellers

In Panama, the seller has no legal obligation to tell you the property flooded last year, that the lot next door has a permit for a 15-story tower, or that the neighborhood sits in a seasonal flood zone. There is no disclosure form. There is no FEMA map. Here is what you can actually find out — and how.
